12 team H2H pointes league....ex: 4 pts for HR, 10 pts for W, -1 for earned run...I like my draft but I believe I need serious help in the OF...any advice?

Your infield is fantastic. Has to be one of the best in your league, I would imagine. Verlander is a stud, and I think Ubaldo will put up very similar numbers as Justin this year. I wouldn't expect a lot from Kazmir this year, and Zambrano should put up similar numbers again. I agree that Matusz is a good sleeper pick for this year. Your closers are all nasty.

As for your outfield - yes, it isn't great, but that's ok. Something I've learned is that you can't expect to have a stud at every single position, especially in a 12 team league. That doesn't mean you can't try to improve, though. Maybe try and trade Fransisco for an OF.

I would agree that OF is the obvious glare, and trading Francisco is an idea. but it IS nice to have 3 hiqh quality relievers and i'm of the opinion that he will have more save opportunities this year so I really like him. Perhaps look to move rasmus and Francisco for an upgrade at OF but get a reliever with some potential in return. Obviously, check the rosters to see if somebody is overloaded at OF.

One thing on my league...only uses 4 OFs, so 1 of those will be on my bench.

I agree with everyone...outfield, outfield, outfield. After the Hebrew Hammer, you fall off, fast. Trading Francisco, probably the best way to since your freaking stacked there and out of the three he will be the first to lose his job/get hurt.
I like Sizemore, but I think you need some sort of an insurance policy there. Alexei Ramirez can't really be counted on. Anyone of interest on the wire? Beckham may also be eligible as 2B, any 1B/3B guys out there?

this is exactly what I was going to say. Sizemore is a great prospect but there is no guarantee that he performs better than other options that I am sure are on your waiver wire, or who could be had for a small price through a trade. Top of OF is good though, maybe consider trading Braun for a Holliday type player with an insurance 2b in the mix.
