Keeper Help WHIR

16 man H2H league. I have to choose 3 keepers. But I'm stuck between these 4 choices. Please give some reasoning. Thanks!

Definitely Cruz and Werth. They provide too much all around help to cut. Cruz has 40+ home run power, definitely top ten in baseball on raw power.

I'd go with Wainwright over JJ purely because he's the safer pick, nothing to do with I think Wainwright is definitely a better pitcher than JJ because I don't, JJ could put up the same numbers or better. Wainwright seems like a safer pick and pitchers drop like flies every year.

I'm assuming it's 5x5?

If so, I like Cruz because he has power and speed. There are rumors that the Rangers are going to have him steal more. That could be some awesome upside.

I also like Werth. In his lineup, in that ball park he doesn't have much downside. He has some risk with Batting Average but I like his versatility.

I also think you should pick Wainwright. He has a better lineup behind him to give him Wins and a better defense too. With the addition that Johnson has some injury risk I like Wainwright more.

Help with mine please. http://www.fantasybaseballcafe.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=401805

Werth, JJ, Cruz in that order.
