Helton, Swisher, and N. Johnson can all be had pretty late...only other guy I can think if is J. Cust. He had a down year last season in terms of OPS., but he should get you 90-100 BB's and I expect his OPS to rebound a bit back to around .840.
One more I guess...Overbay had a high walk rate last season (14.8%), but I don't know how much he's going to play...plus that was above his career norms. He could be someone to watch.
higher round: dunn, abreu, uggla, carlos pena later round: helton, cust, jd drew (when healthy), thome (if he ends up with a full time gig. or platoon him with someone)
In general speedy contact hitters who don't draw walks should be ranked down. Not only do they not contribute much to BB's or OPS (typically), but SB's are not as valuable with 7 offensive categories. Ellsbury, Ichiro, Crawford, Rollins, Phillips, Cano, A. Jones...these guys should be marked down, though Cano has a nice OPS he almost never walks...
I would avoid B. Molina, M. Olivo, and knock down K. Suzuki for catchers.
