I think you have a pretty above average team, with a good balance of power and speed with more speed than power, but your power is relied pretty much all on gonzo, i know you have hanley but he isn't a sole power hitter...but my only concern would be with your pitching, of course tim will do good, and josh johnson will do good too, but everyone else seems very iffy to me. I have been around baseball a few years, but i dont know who Jose Mijares is......others who are answering this, please dont bash me....but if i were you i would maybe go after another power bat, and maybe another #2 or #3 starter...but overall, i give your team a 7.5/10
Above avg lineup but clear holes exist. Not much power on offense. The pitching staff looks good at the top but falls off dramatically after that. Think you do well but you might look for opportunities to pick up a legit power hitter and another solid starting pitcher.

Looks good - I echo the others in their opinion - you need to pick up another power bat. Maybe a reliever along with someone like Phillips to grab some more power. Other than that, looks pretty good.
Definitely could use a power bat like the other guy said. I might try looking for a Yankee fan in your league and unloading Curtis Granderson (only at the right price though, he will have a good season, but I'm sure you can find someone who will overvalue him). As far as your pitching goes, I do like it, I am a Jiminez fan and I think he will have a very solid season. I was in a holds league once, they take a lot of maintenance, you need to be on top of the waiver wire. Check headlines everyday, especially at the beginning of the season to see who's getting demoted/promoted.
I agree with what everyone else has been saying. You just need to get another big bat and you'll be set. Maybe trade Phillips and a lesser pitcher to grab a power guy.
