Help Me Round Out My Team - Salary Cap

Help me spend my last $27 wisely. Basically, I'm looking at my bullpen.

There are some decent players left because all the other owners are broke. I'm "rich" with $27. I need to fill 3 positions... I have 2 thoughts:

A. Grab another sure thing outfielder (Carlos Lee $23, Kubel $19 for example) and then fill my 2 last positions with the Carl Pavanos ($2) and a guy like Kotsay ($1) or Kotchman ($1)

-or-

B. Take Billy Wagner at $14, then another SP like Randy Wolf ($9) or Gavin Floyd ($12) and then some $1 bench player?

Lee is as consistant as they come, go get him and fill in the holes your team is already strong. I don't see Wagner saving anymore than 18-20 games this year.
