H-Ram for Zobrist/Bay/Beltran?

Postby El Mocambo » Mon Mar 01, 2010 6:28 pm

Yahoo, roto, 5x5 cats. Was originally looking to see if I could acquire Beltran on the cheap by dangling some SPs (his weakness) in front of him when in return I was offered this blockbuster deal. Am I insane for even considering it or should I just go back to trying to offer up some pitching? Your feedback is much appreciated.

For reference, my roster:
C: Soto
1B: Reynolds
2B: Phillips
3B: Figgins
SS: H-Ram
CI: Berkman
MI: Cano
OF: Kemp, Crawford, Rios, Quentin, Coghlan
Util: Fowler

SP: J. Santana, Jimenez, Hamels, Billingsley, Slowey, E. Santana, Scherzer, Niemann, Hudson
RP: Marmol, Valverde, Wood, M. Gonzalez

No. Not because it's a totally wacky offer as much as your team doesn't need that help. You look great where you stand.

;-D

Keep Hanley, you're getting a bunch of spare parts for a top 2 player? Forget it.

No way I take this deal. I think there is to much risk on the Beltran side to think about trading a top 2 player for. Try getting Beltran for cheap without giving up your best player.
