Best place to read about a pitcher's pitches?

Where's the best place to find information about what kind of pitches a pitcher throws, the velocity of their pitches, and how each type of pitch grades (plus plus, average, etc)?

I think fangraphs has a ton of pitch info, but I'm too lazy to find it right now.
Here's the pitch on the way, a swing and a belt! Left field! Way back! BLUE JAYS WIN!

The best place to learn about a pitchers stuff is by watching mlb.com's pitch F/X data. It is revolutionary and will amaze and astound you and all of your friends!

Yup, just go to the players page and it has all avg pitch velocities for all the different pitches thrown by said player.

This is helpful as well.

Aside from these options just google searching "said" player and "mph" will give you at least a few hits on scouting reports, etc about what a player is capable of. Ex. Tim Lincecum mph

I don't think there is a single source, I'd just google them and see what comes up.
