Offseason trade help

I was just recently proposed a predraft trade in my keeper league. my five keepers are lincecum verlander werth ellsbury and mccann. i was proposed reyes and miggy cabrera and maybe a pick in the upcoming draft for lincecum. what are peoples thoughts? good trade?

if you received a two for 1, you'd have to let go one of those 5 keepers, could you then maybe move a keeper for another pick ?
Personally, I'd Keep litch unless you have another trade in the works
