i'd be keeping Crawford here. He's a very reliable player that will hit you .300, score a lot of runs, hit some triples, and obviously steal 50+ bases,
Upton is a sexy player but he still is not totally proven and while you want to invest in the future for keeper leagues, it's always most important to win NOW.
I agree I take crawford here. Crawford is going to benefit you in the most categories. Uptons only advantage to me is his age. If you don't mind helping could you check out my thread? viewtopic.php?t=401683

Really depends how long you can keep them. This season, I go Holliday no question - highest AVG, OBP, SLG, HR, RBI and BB. He'll also pick up some SB (though no where near what Crawford would get you). They should be comparable in runs. I'd give Holliday more 2B, but Crawford and Upton more 3B. Upton has a ton of upside, so if you can keep him well into the future, you could consider him. If you're competing this year, I'd go Holliday for sure.

I have the exact dilemma! I have 4 keepers, keeping Cabrerra, mauer, and kinsler. Debating which to choose from Upton, Holliday, or Crawford. Mine might be a little easier decision since this league is H2H points 14-team. So, I'm going with upton.
I'd have to go with Holliday...he is in a lineup with Albert so he will be good in runs, gets hits, gets homeruns, swipes a few bases...a more complete player with better numbers that Justin Upton...but slightly
I completely undesrstand that philosophy, but there is a good deal of pitching kept in this league and it has proven to win most years. The one guy who consistently keeps 5 true stud offensive players has never won the playoffs but is always in a contention. I have won the past three years (first two with some sunday luck, but blew them out and went wire to wire last year). My goal each year is to get win Pitching cats and then try to win AVG (which translates into hits, I prefer everyone on my team hitting over .290) with a focus on remaining balanced throughout the rest of the offensive categories. I absolutely sucked at certain stretches with power last year, but it wasn't that big of an issue. I think this philosophy may be correct but who truly knows.
