Overall I'd say you're pretty set. I'd cut loose one of the SS on your bench (probably Tejada) and pick up another pitcher with high upside for your bench.

EDIT: Oh, and Juan Pierre is still available. Should I drop anybody for him?
I'd rather have Pierre as my SB guy off the bench then E. Cabrera who is less proven, but others might like Cabrera's upside. As far as those pitchers go, I'd probably grab E. Santana right now and then watch N. Feliz like a hawk during spring training to see if he looks as good as some of the hype around the guy sounds.
The only concern I have is your Utility player while Beltrán is recovering. It's nothing big to worry about but still it'd help. I agree with the others, go after Liriano and get rid of Tejada. He's washed up IMO.
