Established, competitive league needs 1 replacement owner

We have an owner taking the year off due to having a baby on the way so I need to find a replacement. This is a competitive league, established league with mature owners so it is very drama free. A good auction will allow you to be competitive this year.

Quick overview of the league:

- going into 7th year
- 14 team mixed auction keeper
- standard 5x5 roto
- daily transactions
- 10 major league keepers and 6 minor league keepers
- minor league draft (real easy by email)
- in season salary cap (reduces some of the really bad dump trades)
- up to 3 year contracts
- FAAB twice a week
- $100 entry fee, 100% paid out after website fee
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and most improved second half team cash prizes
- bad contracts can be broken for a $5 penalty (comes off your auction budget) at the auction
- Auction date is Sun March 21, 12pm cst

If you can do well at the auction you'll be competitive even without the best keepers. This team has the 5th pick in the minor league draft and has two players under contract: Mike Gonzalez $6 and Jose Lopez $1.

I play in this league - with a good owner, this team can compete this year. Right now, this team is about middle of the pack. Only 1/3 of each team's roster is kept so there is plenty of opportunity to turn over your roster. One more mid-tier closer and this team dominates saves for $20 (top closers last year auctioned for $25). Lopez is a great keeper at $1. Top end talent can be acquired at the auction and there are plenty of sleepers available that will help build keepers for later years. For instance, last year Kendry Morales was bought at $2, Jason Bartlett was bought at $3, and Asdrubal Cabrera and Garrett Jones were both picked up in FAAB for $1. The value is there - you just have to find it.
