Chad Billingsley....he had an amazing first half but had a horrible second half....will he be able to span his good first half into this season?
Roy Oswalt...will he bounce back this year? He had no more than 8 wins and a 4+ ERA...is he done with?
Shaun Marcum...he had a pretty good season the year before last and sat out all last season with an injury...will he be effective?
Cliff Lee....can he keep the success he has gained the past two seasons or will he be back in his old form?

I'd buy on BIllingsley, seems like he just got tired late in the season. Same thing happened with Gallardo.
I'd pass on Oswalt to be honest.
Marcum is a decent late round flier but not anything else, bad team and uncertain health status.
Lee loses a little value going to Seattle in my opinion, they have a great defense behind him but that team's offense is terrible and they are going to struggle to win games with it. He is still a top end pitcher but I don't like him where he is going very much. I'd want him to slip a few spots before I'd take him.
