10 man Minor League Roster (MLB Rookie Rules apply - Fewer than 130 at bats and 50 innings pitched in the Major Leagues

MLB Draft will be on March 21st at 5:00 PM Pacific time.
Minor League draft will commence as soon as league is filled and all teams finances are in order.
