I've stated my case. I believe Dan, Aussie and Mookie are in some form a combination of the lawyer, the other townie besides myself and the ISK. You and fezzik are mafia. I am not going to keep going back and forth with you as you try to twist the littlest comments and actions and turn them into some grandiose plan I am using to absolve myself of guilt. My suspicions became clear after Dan claimed he was the other townie and subsequently you and fezzik immediately jumped on me as being super suspicious once I told Dan I believed him and had his back. To me, that has been the key to this entire day so far. For now, I'll wait to see what Aussie, Mookie and Dan decide.

I have to leave for an hour or two, but I don't follow your reasoning. I look at this thread this morning and you, Dan, and Aussie are casting suspicion on all the other players. I know I'm a townie, so at that point I know one of you is lying. Aussie is the lawyer, so I know either you or Dan are mafia/ISK...perhaps both. You've been on my radar since your attitude in day 1, followed by your single-minded focus on Buffalo on day 2 (this only in retrospect). You were quick with your vote day 2 and you seemed overly stubborn to rethink your vote throughout the day. You were also very quick with your vote on day 3. Knowing at least one of you and Dan is a bad guy led me to put you at the top of my list. Dan is up there too, as I've mentioned in other posts. Nobody is free of suspicion save Aussie. So with all that said, you find it odd that I would be vocal in my suspicion of you?

With respect, you are full of it Aqua. Your trumped up reasons of us "jumping on you" after Dan's admission is ridicilous. You are covering your tail after a misstep in which you basically admitted to being mafia by saying three other people weren't suspicious, and then you've tried to reneg by saying that you meant that they are 2 townies and the ISK.
The key to the whole day has been your actions and missteps in trying to cast doubt on someone else, and how it basically hasn't worked, coupled with the fact that one of the people reluctant to vote for you is clearly mafia, and if you were such an innocent townie, that would leave 2 mafia guys who could pile on right now. Aussie isn't one, that's for sure. Most seem convinced, and rightfully so, that I'm clean (at least when compared to you), which means the mafiosos could swoop in and finish you if your theories are correct (or at least put a third vote on you and then talk a townie into voting). Since none of that is coming to fruition, I am left to believe that my initial evidence and feelings have only been bolstered by today's events...
I've been asked by multiple parties to explain a rule, and have been asked to post the answer in the thread.
A mafia kill at night does not supersede an ISK kill at night. If they target each other, both would go through. The exception is the vigilante whose kill is secondary to mafia/ISK, but that's no longer an issue in this game.
I'm now going to pick up the kids, go out to eat and then to watch the Canadian women whoop the US women in hockey so I won't be on again until 9-10ish. I don't want to keep you all hanging but I've been hesitant b/c I get the feeling this vote may decide the game.
In my mind it comes down to War and Aqua. In Aqua's favour I do suspect Fezzik like he does (and I have from the begining) and Warp's voting record on the two lynched townies looks really bad for him.
But my vote is based on the fact that the mafia haven't swooped down to put the kill on Aqua. You would think that if Aqua is a townie then there would have been another mafia voting coming in on him don't you? Given that Aussie is convinced that Aqua is bad and Aqua's puzzling analysis of today's events I think that I have to vote for Aqua.
Basically Mookie, I believe the reason the other mafia member hasn't swooped in to vote on me is because of the fact that you called it out in the first place, pretty much scaring fezzik into holding off on his vote until the time is right.

If you and I are on the same page, I don't understand why you are voting for me when you make it pretty clear you are suspicious of Cougs as well. If the mafia wins because Aussie voted for me because "aqua and GF seemed to go after the same people" and then mistakenly reiterated his vote after he clearly misread a response post that I wrote that flawed his logic, then this was a weak finish to a solid game. At least let Aussie go over what's been said and come to a more thoughtful conclusion before fezzik returns to kill me off.
Sorry Aqua...I'm pretty convinced at this point that you're a bad guy. I have lingering doubts about Wacoug, Dan, and Mookie...but everything I've read to this point points directly to you being mafia. Aussie, who we all know is a townie cast the first vote on you and you've done nothing since then except to make yourself more suspicious. You have been at the top of my list all day, and I have the ability to follow through on my gut feeling (which is clearly backed by the majority of townies). I'd rather be able to cast my vote on the guy who I think is mafia than let be force to cast it somewhere else down the line. For better or worse....
