Is there a list anywhere. Usually large stat lines show up in contract years, so any list delineating the MLBers who are entering the final year of their contracts would be a stellar draft tool.
Does anyone in here know of such a list, or anyway to get my mitts on one short of sifting through each team's rosters' contractual obligations?

I agree. You really should put zero stock whatsoever in contract year performances. Every year there are examples of players that both prove and disprove this theory which ultimately doesn't make it much of a theory.
