OK, I think I am gonna keep my SS (Rollins) and 3B (Zimmerman). I am in a 12 team H2H league and each team gets 2 keepers. I have the 5th pick this year in our draft. Considering how lean and deep positions are, which position do you think I should draft next? Or, I have read that people always draft the best overall player no matter what position.

In what order of positions should I draft? 1B is really deep, so I will probably draft that position last. I am thinking the following:
I already have SS and 3B, then
2B?
C?
OF?
1B?

Best...Player...Available. Maybe reach a little for a top catcher, like Joe Mauer and....Joe Mauer, but only a little.

Early rounds, go best player available; middle rounds, look at tiers, i.e. if I let X player go, I'll have to settle for Y on the return, or, I see seven third baseman I like pretty equally, and 10 picks to go until my next, let others determine which third baseman to take.

Agree, have to go best player available. Try to get big power early, then fill in speed and needs as you go. Do you know the top 10 players available?
