Standard 5x5 categories, no restrictions on keepers, and we keep 7. I was offered Cole Hamels for my Adam Jones. My team is:

C: Russell Martin
1B: Adam Laroche, Luke Scott
2B: Chase Utley
SS: Derek Jeter
3B: Chone Figgins, Garrett Atkins
OF: Grady Sizemore, Johnny Damon, Adam Jones, Corey Hart, Johnny Damon

SP: Ubaldo Jimenez, John Lackey, Francisco Liriano, Dice-K Matsuzaka, Gavin Floyd
RP: Joe Nathan, Trevor Hoffman

Should I accept to give myself a solid keeper SP, or is Adam Jones more valuable? Thanks in advance

I like Hamels, Jones is overrated.

I'm not a Jones fan either, as he's not really a speed threat as some would envision him to be and he'll have to improve his GB rate to display 20+ HR power. Hamels has the better overall potential for this year and beyond.
