Tulo for 2 Outfielders

Postby prguy1979 » Wed Feb 24, 2010 12:51 pm

In a 17 team auctions and rotisserie keeper league....100 budget....that requieres you to have:
2 catchers, 1 of each 1st, 2nd, 3rd, SS, CI, and MI, 4 OF, 2 UT(any position), 5 SP, 3 RP, 2 Swingmen (any pitcher)

scoring categories are:

BA, BB, R, RBI, SB, SLG, ERA, HD(Holds), K, S, W, WHIP

I can keep 11. My keepers thus far are:
Miguel Montero(2.2), Jose Lopez(4.1), Casey McGehee(3.5), Ryan Zimmerman(11.5), Troy Tuluwitski(9.0), Brnadon Wood(2.1), Billy Butler(6.1), Tim Lincecum(6.10), James Shield(6.1), Heath Bell(6.2), and Leo Nunez(2.1)

Would you trade Tulo for 2 of the following Justin Upton(7.5), Jayson Werth(4.2) or Carlos Quentin(4.1)....Instead of Tulo the guy will defiantly also take Lincy, who wouldnt....many thoughts here as I can get 2 more offensive player by giving up #1 pitcher and than just focus on pitching at the auction were some of the available names should be Johan Santana, Brnadon Webb, Cole Hamels, Josh Becket, Roy Holladay, and a few others....any thoughts guys?

I guess it depends on what possible SS would be possible to replace Tulo, but getting Upton and Werth seems like a must do.

Some of the available SS will be Rollins, Stephen Drew, JJ Hardy, Derek Jeter(maybe since he is owned by a Yankee fan).....would you rather give up Tulo or Lincy in this deal?

I'd do Tulo for Upton/Werth in a heartbeat. Don't trade Lincecum.

I'd take it too, lots of solid SS's out there for you. That's a great trade for you... not sure WTH he's thinking though.
