Worth trading for Kinsler/1st pick?

12 Team Yahoo H2H Keeper. We keep 4 plus 1 rookie.

My current keepers are:
Kemp
Mig Cabrera
Wainwright
Aaron Hill

One owner, who has the last pick, is offering Kinsler and his 1st pick (which is really like the 6th pick in reality) for a keeper upgrade.

I don't see why not.

I'm not a huge fan of Hill this year, but any time that you can get some more steals is a plus.
