I was offered a trade that would give me Carpenter but give away Hamels.. Who is poised to have the better year?? Please help

Carp. Both had/were coming off injuries last year so there are no guarantees but Carp. was lights out last year.

Call me crazy, I'd take Hamels. I just feel like Carpenter is one of those guys whose a better player in real life than in fantasy by virtue of the fact that he doesn't walk guys or give up hits but doesn't strike people out like an elite fantasy SP. I've ignored the injury consideration, obviously, too.

I assume it is not a keeper league but if it was I would keep Hamels. If it is a one year deal I would go with Carpenter.
