My seven keepers...

Postby mj85 » Mon Feb 22, 2010 11:48 pm

What is left of my roster is listed below. I'm pretty firm on several of my keepers but am still up in the air as to the final spot. What do you think?

I'm thinking
Reyes
Tex
Sizemore
A Gonzalez
Zimmerman
Lester
Wainwright

Should I opt to only keep 1 pitcher and go with someone like Wieters for my last spot?

Now what are the other choices? Wieters?

Your choices look good. If you keep 7 every year I might be tempted to keep Wieters...but I don't see who you should drop.

As much as I like Wieters, stick with the 7 you listed.

Wieters or Bruce. I think Wainwrights workload is a concern.

Your 7 keepers you listed are fine...I wouldn't keep Wieters

Weither still has to prove himself to me...espcially if im in a 1 catcher league i would go with the 7 you have....if you can make a trade i would look to move wiethers and one of your 7 keepers for an upgrade on that keeper....(i.e. 2 for 1 deal like.....Weiters and Weinwright for Roy Holladay)

Yes, in a keeper league, Bruce is gold as an annual 30-35 HR threat. I like Wainwright, but doesn't have the full potential Lester has across the board (keep in mind Lester had an unlucky first couple of months in '09).
