Why is Edison Volquez available in so many yahoo leagues?

I know he is coming off of injury but he is better than a lot of the guys currently in the majors, am i wrong? did i miss something? i feel like baseball was so long ago

He is more then likely out for the entire year. He had Tommy John surgery last August and the recovery time is normally around 12 months.

Best case he is back around the All-Star break. Most likely he isn't going to be worth owning this year.
