Reynolds for Aramis?

Hi all,

I am in a 8x8 12 team mixed keeper league where you can keep as many players as you want (30 man rosters).

I am trying to change directions a bit and improve my batting average and reduce offensive K's as well. Naturally I am thinking about dealing Reynolds for a better option.

I also like the looks of Nolasco this year. Here is a trade I can do. What do you think?

I GIVE: Derek Lowe, Joe Blanton, and Mark Reynolds

I GET: Aramis Ramirez and Ricky Nolasco

What do you think? Who has more value: Aramis or Reynolds? Am I undervaluing Reynolds just because of his strikeouts and subpar batting average?

Aram is not somebody that I am shooting for this year, but I do like the pitching upgrade to Nolasco. I would probably pull the trigger.

I would do this. The pitching upgrade makes it worthwhile.

Sounds like a good deal for you. That said, with all the hype Mark Reynolds has this preseason (even with the downside of his Ks in leagues that count them), you might want to try to get a bit more in return.
