Can someone please explain how in a 1 player for 1 draft pick deal, the player gets to the other teams roster? Does the commish go in and do this? Also, can I completely customize the draft order going into next season to accommodate the changes made due to such trades in Yahoo?
I am a veteran commish, but this is my 1st year running a keeper league and need to know this important information to decide the future of the league.
Thanks for taking the time to answer!
This is a bad idea. If the guy who trades away the pick quits the league, then a new owner has to put up with a lost draft pick. == You do realize that in the real MLB Free Agent Draft, there is a rule against trading draft picks.
