How long do I wait to pick up Beltran?

I am in an offline keeper redraft. We are in the 14th round 10 teams.

My upcoming pick will be @ 139
Hitting Cats std 5 + K's + OPS

Greinke, Zack
Lincecum, Tim
Rodriguez, Francisco
Valverde, Jose

I know I need pitching but I think I can still pick up some value(Burnett, Harang, Oswalt, etc.) esp to go along with Greinke and Lincecum. Should I pickup Beltran this round, I was thinking of getting Elvis Andrus in the next round. BTW the guy that has the 140 and 141 pick does not have a single OF.
