While I'm not a noob to fantasy baseball, I am a noob when it comes to strictly playing with a player universe in one league. My question is if I'm playing in an AL only league and draft Crawford, and he gets dealt to an NL team at the all star break, do I lose a player or do I still get his stats because he started the season in the AL?

You loose the player. It works both ways though, if a player from the NL gets dealt to an AL team he becomes a free agent that you can pick up.
