Anyone know where to find player values based on '09 stats?

I'm the commish of a salary cap keeper league, 5x5, head to head. For the past 10 years, player values were based on some complex formula my older brother created. It takes hours every year to calculate every player's value on every roster (14 teams, 22 players per), so we're looking for an online resource that can give us fair player values.

The problem is that we want to base player value on 2009 performance, NOT 2010 Forecasted Values. Our salaries have always been based on the prior year's performance and we'd like to keep it that way.

Does anyone know where we can find a good source of player values based on last year's performance?

Curious. Yahoo added this feature of auction draft this year. The values provided by insiderbaseball seems to be identical to Yahoo's. Are these based on some secret formula provided by official scorers (like BIS's, I think?)? or there's a reference that any high school math can handle?
