Chosing my 4 keepers

Postby dubstar » Thu Feb 18, 2010 11:27 am

I think these are obvious, but just want to see if I should keep someone else I got in later rounds. Round taken is listed also. We only keep 4.

Wright (1)
Fielder(3)
Kemp(4)
Greinke(11)

other possibilities

Sandoval (18)
Kershaw (19)
Wieters (15)

If you drop Wright, what pick do you have in the 1st round... could you get him back?
I like everyone else a lot, but dropping Wright for any of those 3 may make sense, especially Sandoval

Help me with keeper and draft question here:

Fielder(3)
Kemp(4)
Greinke(11)

Sandoval (18)

Wright is ok in Round 1 but Panda and Kershaw are super bargains in those rounds. I'd take a chance in the 1st round because you already have two discounted first round bats here.

thanks for all the responses. wow, i guess i just dont have as much faith in Sandoval to repeat. I would think that his free swinging style would catch up to him. I do think that Wright's year was an off year, and that he should bounce back. and i honestly like david wright, i like the speed that he can add to average and power(hopefully again).

as far as my draft position. depending on if we base it on regular season winning % of standings after the playoffs, I will be either 7th or 10th.

right now, I guess that 3 or 4 people will get first round picks. possibly 5, not sure what everyone is doing yet.

Should I take the chance and keep Kershaw, and then hope that I can redraft Wright in the first round? you think he will fall that far to me? I have him as the highest ranked available player if i dont keep him, according to yahoo.

I also like Sandoval or Kershaw ahead of Wright. Sandoval first.

I like Wieters only a little bit less and Kershaw a lot less than Sandoval I'm in the minority here, as well.
