The Red Sox are going to be hard to beat in a short series with Lackey, Beckett, and Lester. No rotation can match that up front.
I really like Buchholz this year, but he is still unproven over a full season. Matsuzaka can be better if starts throwing strikes, and he pitched well after coming back from his injury last year. Both Buchholz and Matsuzaka have potential to be very good this or they could completely bust. I predict that one has a good year.

Oakland's rotation is really boom or bust. Sheets, Anderson, Cahill, Duke, and Braden are all interesting pieces for a rotation but there isn't a safe bet among them.

We'll see. I don't see the back end being any worse than most teams. The Cardinals ranked 4th last year in ERA, 3rd in WHIP and 4th in xFIP with 1, 2, FAIL. Unless you think Pineiro is tons better than Penny I don't see what has really changed from last year.

Sheets/Anderson/Dusch/Braden/Gio is how it'll start off. Cahill will most likely spend around half the year in AAA, with Mazzaro ahead of him in line, and Outman returning around August.

Piniero's kee-razy 2009 GB extravaganza>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> anything Penny can do. I stand by my 1,2,FAIL analysis

The TB Rotation is absolutely disgusting in terms of potential. Shields, Garza, Nieman, Price, Davis
I absolutely love the CwS rotation as well. Very, very deep.
And I agree with Aussie, Atl is another favorite of mine
I do like the Sox rotation the best, but the health concerns are alarming Beckett, DiceK, Wake, and Lackey haven't been models of health
