Too many OFs...who to keep?

Postby mak1277 » Wed Feb 17, 2010 9:12 pm

12-teams, 5x5 with TB and OPS instead of HRs and Avg. We can keep 8 and we lose draft picks for each player kept based on where they were initially drafted.

I have too many OF keepers and I need to cut this list to 3 or 4 max. I am actively pursuing trades, but in case I can't, who should I keep?

McCutchen (23rd round)
Bruce (24th round)
Pence (18th round)
Quentin (18th round)
A. Jones (9th round)
Sizemore (1st round) :-t

Thanks...please leave a link and I'll help.

I'll say keep Pence & maybe McCuthen. Let the rest slide. Unless there's really nothing good for you in the 1st round, then you might as well keep Grady too.

I assume that Sizemore is your only first round pick?

i would then take McCutchen, Bruce and Jones

My fave long-term keepers in that bunch are Bruce, McCutchen and Adam Jones.

McCutcheon Like him alot
Pence I think he finally gets the #2 hole where he belongs and takes significant jump this year
Bruce BA may be tough for a few more years but really like the power
Jones Like him alot but not as much return value in round 9 as the guys above

help me with keepers and draft here:

McCutchen (23rd round)
Bruce (24th round)
Pence (18th round)
Quentin (18th round)

I'm not really a big Jones fan personally, would rather gamble on Quentin in the 18th to bounce back.
