if each team is only keeping two.... then you should keep Kemp and Tulo and drop Cabrera.
There are plenty of other good hitting 1B out there that you should be able to get ahold of.

If you drop either Kemp or Tulo and you don't have a shot at redrafting them then your replacement options are much lower.
