Kemp v. Tulowitzki

Postby AzzurriDawg4 » Wed Feb 17, 2010 3:03 pm

H2H Points League, trying to decide who to keep. Miggy Cabrera is my other keeper (only 2 keepers per team). Trying to make sure my favoritism of Kemp doesn't burn me here.

Scoring as follows:
1b - 1
2b - 2
3b - 3
hr - 4
bb - 1
r - 1
rbi - 1
sb - 2
K - (-1)
CS - (-1)

How many OF's does your league start? Does it use a middle infield position?

I'm not sure there is a wrong choice. If you started 5 OF's I would have said Kemp. You can't go wrong either way. I'd take Kemp myself.

Yeah, I agree. Neither will make it back to me in the 1st round (I have the last pick in a 12 team league).

But my brain keeps telling me keep Tulo. Weaker position, and he scored more points than Kemp last year. The question is how many more doubles and HRs Kemp has in his bat. If he can break 30 in both, I think he surpasses Tulo in points this year.

Yeah, either way you're in good shape, but I would keep Tulo. SS is a thin position.

With only 2 keepers i'd go with best player regardless of position, which is Kemp.

I don't like Tulo's stealing % for your league. This is enough for me to Kemp over Tulo.
