No love for Tejada???

I keep looking at rankings and ADP for my SS in an offline draft that I am doing.

My league is Std 5 + K's + OPS for hitters
of the guys @ SS remaining:
Asdrubal Cabrera
Elvis Andrus
Yunel Escobar
Alexei Ramírez
Stephen Drew
Marco Scutaro
Ryan Theriot
Miguel Tejada

Miguel is ranked the lowest of the group. I know most leagues do not include K's and OPS but even without them he was ranked 76 overall on baseballmonster last year. What am I missing, he does not have injury issues, he is dropping slowly production wise but it is not like the other Miggy for my Detroit Tigers

What am I missing, in my league format he was ranked in the 50's last year. Please talk me down. thanks in advance, this is the best site for fantasy advice...

Well I might rank Tejada above Scutaro, but only because the Red Sox won't know how to utilize him and well keep him rotting on the bench after a great breakout season. I'm big on Asdrubal Cabrera, my second choice would be Drew, and if you are low on speed take Andrus or Theriot.

Tejada has no power anymore and is now just BA without speed or production. How he manages to even post a .300 BA is beyond me since this is a guy who walked only 19 times in 635 AB's.

Tejada might have a .300 average but otherwise I see boring numbers. I'd rank him ahead of Scutaro, but he's not on my radar this year.
