Which is the best Keeper Pitcher ?

Hamels ($50) -- (278 pts. in 2009) - 26 yrs old -bounce back possible / Phils should get him WINS.
Kershaw ($45) -(273 pts. in 2009)- 21 years old with high Ks but not gone deep into games.
Wandy ($20) - (352 pts. in 2009) - 31 years old - 2009 career year ? - Astros may struggle in 2010
Baker ($20) - (325 pts. in 2009) Twins #1 - Twins lineup / Bullpen makes him prime for 15 wins ?
