Heres for the Vazquez argument, yes he's going to the AL East and yes he's been there before and done horribly but with that team, he will get you Ws, plenty of Ks, ERA will go up but the WHIP should still be relatively low and worth the boost especially just for Chris Coghlan.
C= V. Martinez 1B = J. Morneau 2B = 3B= A. Ramirez SS= J. Reyes OF = Bay, Markakis and Kemp SP: Halladay, Webb, Cain, Garza, Weaver, B. Anderson RP: Broxton
When do you have your draft?? I would wait for awhile and see how Feliz progresses, whether he will start the season in the rotation. I like his potential.
Also, Kendrick platooned a lot last year, so do you want to depend on 3-4 games a week for the utilty spot???
no chance of trading kenrick...i didnt know about the platoon situation...i did try to trade hm to one owner for hoffman and it was rejected fast....well nothing i can do about it know....draft starts tomorrow and goes for about 2 weeks...its an offline draft... i will have others i can draft for utility....so if a good lf comes along grab him for util...ok i see what u mean
Obviously, Bay-Nolasco-Danks-Pence are great choices, but will be gone. I hate Howie Kendrick and would trade him for basically anything right now. I really like trading Coughlan for Vazquez if you can get that. At your draft position, two guys I like and I could see being there are Mike Napoli and Nyjer Morgan. Morgan is lightning fast, and I could see him duplicating 2009 in 2010. Mike Napoli would easily be my pick if I knew the Angels would play him 125+ games and give him 500 PA. However, if not, I still think he's a good pick, given his power at a premium position.
