It depends on your other keepers. Do you not have much for OF right now? If you don't have much for OF then yes, you should do it. C and SS are 2 very thin positions, and you'd be trading away a top 3 C for a C and SS with upside, and an OF who, if healthy, can be good.
If you do make the deal and Hamilton starts the season on fire sell high. He can't make it through a whole season healthy and hitting well.
