keep D. Lee or Rollins?

14 team H2H points league. We can keep up to 8. I a trying to choose between Rollins (27) or Derek Lee (12) as my last keeper. I put the amount the player will cost me in ( )

Tulo (30)
Kendrick (7)
McCutchen (6)
Verlander (26)
Gallardo (17)
Billingsley (16)

If Lee and Rollins both repeat last year then Lee is by far the better value.
