Thanks for the replies...except for the Jennie Finch comments. I was thinking A-Rod all along, but I was starting to second guess myself.

With all of the top SS's we have now, think that a guy like A-Rod would be more valuable at 3B. There's only one true star, Rolen, and the rest are second tier or lower. A-Rod would be the king at 3B, but not as much at SS with so mant stars emerging, ie: Tejada, Renteria, Cabrera, Furcal and there's already Nomar and Jeter (shudder) there now.

I'd rather have A-Rod at 3B than SS.

I'm surprised no one mentioned Beltran as a possible high 1st round pick...I know outfielders are in abundance...but I see him even going before Pujols in some mock drafts. Also Soriano is moving up daily...
