Just getting back into the 'swing' of fantasy baseball.....haven't really thought much about it, but I have to make my keeper picks within the next few days....6x6 yahoo roto....We keep 3 hitters for as long as we want ("franchise"), and 2 just for next year ("veteran"), and the same for pitchers...

Off the top of my head, I'm guessing arod, utley and .....maybe bruce for franchise? With ichiro and a-gonz for just next year....Sabathia, cain, santana for franchise pitchers....and maybe two closers for vets? Closers tend to be scarce in our league....people tend to hoard.

Location: Pearl Jam country, right next door to Nirvana, Soundgarden, and Alice in Chains.
Basically my thoughts -- but I've been labouring over who to franchise between bruce and gonzalez. I usually don't like to be tied down with 1B, cuz its a 10 team league and there are always enough to go around it seems (more or less.) And bruce being so young and with such a high ceiling -- seems like a waste just to have him for next year.... Not sure what to do.

I love Bruce, but you got to tie up the better player in Gonzalez. He's Fielder out of Petco.
