how to deal with commish who always picks 1 or 2?

he doesn't let us in the draft order randomization that he runs pre-draft but he's always first or second pick the last five or so years. isn't that somewhat fishy?

how can one to deal with this in a polite fashion? i like the league for the most part and the commish is a pretty nice guy other than this issue.

Ask to randomise it yourself, or an outside party to do it.

so many leagues are into setting the order before draft so they can be prepared but i always prefer having it randomized right before the draft. more suspense and no cheating...

Ask for a league vote on whether to have an uninterested 3rd party randomize the draft order.

In the league I commish I always have an outside party post the draft order. This way there are no questions if I happen to get an early spot.

Why not base it on regular season record or average team MDP (imo the best way to gauge a team).
