the deal has gotten sweeter:

I trade Madson 2$ (2011), Coghlan 7$ (2011)

I get Victorino 29$ (2011), A. Gonzalez 28$ (2011) and a high 2nd round (14th overall with 12 teams) minor league draft pick.

But if I do this I probably wont be able to trade for Zimmerman. I don't really want vic at that price.

I'd keep Nolasco, Johnson, Dempster, Happ, Bell, Kuroda, Ross, Coghlan, and McGehee and toss the rest. Spend your money on hitting in the draft with the exception of picking up a cheap, second tier closer like Dotel.

I'd change the trade to not include Victorino, he's not worth having at $29.
