A few trade options, help please, long, but WHIR

Hey everyone, I have been talking about a few offers with several teams in my league and I'm trying to figure out which move helps me most. This is an 18 team head to head dynasty league with 28 roster spots (cut downs due in a few weeks, some players ended the year on the DL), daily lineup changes without positional or innings limits, 6x6 scoring (quality starts instead of wins, K/BB ratio and OPS). We also have a minor league roster of 15 players (10 offense, 5 pitchers). Here is my roster:

C Miguel Olivo
1B Mark Teixeira
2B Ben Zobrist
3B Scott Rolen
SS Derek Jeter
OF Vladimir Guerrero
OF Jacoby Ellsbury
OF Carlos Quentin
Util Juan Rivera
Util Aubrey Huff
BN Yorvit Torrealba
BN Luis Castillo
BN Carlos Delgado

SP Roy Halladay
SP A.J. Burnett
RP David Aardsma
RP Brian Wilson
P Derek Lowe
P Bronson Arroyo
P Max Scherzer
BN Doug Davis
BN Trevor Cahill
BN Billy Wagner
BN Aaron Laffey
BN Juan Gutierrez
BN Brian Duensing
BN Brandon McCarthy
BN Pedro Martínez
BN Chad Qualls

Minors
C- Hank Conger, LAA
CI- Luis Jimenez, LAA
CI- Juan Francisco, CIN
MI- Dee Gordon, LAD
MI- Neftali Soto, CIN
OF- Yorman Rodriguez, CIN
OF- Chad Huffman, SD
OF- Ryan Westmoreland, BOS
Util- Chris Parmelee, MIN
Util- Jon Jay, STL

P-Kyle Lotzkar, CIN
P-Kasey Kiker, TEX
P-Jordan Lyles, HOU

I have an offer of Jeff Francouer and Chris Heisey for Chad Qualls, which I like. I obviously need another guy or two on the offensive side and I have some saves to spare with Wilson, Qualls, Aardsma and Wagner. My team is obviously pretty old, so the youth doesn't hurt. Can Francouer get his career back on track in New York? Heisey is tough to project, and I am a Reds fan. I don't know fully know what to expect from him. I also might be able to get Yonder Alonso for one of those closers (besides Wilson), which isn't bad, but I don't like it as much as the first offer. The other option I've been discussing with someone is AJ Burnett and Chris Parmelee for Yunel Escobar, Adam Laroche and Andrew Cashner. I don't love giving up Burnett (would rather trade saves) but that is a good amount of offense to get back and a solid pitching prospect. What do you guys (and gals) think? Any insight would be appreciated. Post your link and I'll try and help you out. Thanks

Hey thanks for the help with mine. Out of the two trade proposals I would probably go with the Qualls deal. I don't like the idea of you giving up Burnett and I don't love LaRoche this year. I think dealing your #1 pitcher would "rock the boat" a little too much and you aren't getting back enough in return. Dealing Qualls wouldn't shake things up that much and I think Francouer might start hitting again, possible reverting back to his early days in Atlanta.
