AROD for kershaw zimmerman and the 12th overall pick

I always try my best to win every year. Don't think about 3 years down the road because there are so many unknowns and it is so far away. Injuries, trades, breakout players all can happen in that time frame or even this year.

Take an outsider's look at your team and look at the make up of your roster. How is your pitching? Will Kershaw help those standings? He could also be a top 10 pitcher in the next 3 years. Zimmerman is an adequate replacement at 3B and he is young and will likely only improve. ARod is 34-35? He has hit is peak and is probably on his decline.

You also get a 1st round pick? Use that pick on improving the depth of your team. I don't know who is available but you could use that pick to address categories that the Zimmerman doesn't match ARod.
