Draft Strategy for a 14 team, H2H league?

I'm in a 14 team, head to head league. I have the first overall pick and the order obviously reverses on even numbered rounds as you know. Here are the league point values:

Hitting:
Singles= 1 point
Doubles= 2 points
Triples= 3 points
HR= 5 points
RBI= 1 point
Run= 1 point
Stolen bases= 2 points
walk= 1 point
hit by pitch= 1 point
(no strikeout penalty)


Pitching:
walks issued= -0.5 points
complete game= 5 points
earned runs= -1 point
hits allowed= -0.5 points
hit batter= -0.5 points
innings= 2 points each
strikeouts= 1 point each
save= 8 points
win= 10 points
(no penalty for a loss)
