What's the word on Smoltz? Will he return to the rotation? Should I keep him at $25 in an nl-only league? My starters are great, but my only other reliever is Dotel, but a couple should be available in the draft.

Smoltz should stay in the bullpen, especially because his contract has heavy incentives for starts. He isn't a bargain at that price, but he's well worth keeping if you're looking for saves.
