Roy Halladay?

Postby Johnny Tuttle » Tue Feb 02, 2010 9:06 am

I give Carlos Santana and Jake Peavy for Roy Halladay?

It's a H2H keeper and I'm trying to win now. I already have Victor Martinez, and I doubt that I could carry 2 catchers on a 26 man roster, esp. so as I have enough hitters that I can't keep Matt LaPorta already.

Still, is this enough of an upgrade to get rid of a stud catching prospect?

Do it. Peavy is risky and Halladay moving to the NL is going to be nasty.

I'm a Jays fan first and foremost. Am I glad that Doc is gone to Philly...FUCKING HELL NO!!!! Is he still the best pitcher in the game HELL YES!!!! I may actually start following the Phillies just b/c Doc is there.

But seriously, he is a workhorse the only thing that may hinder is his stats is being pulled late in games and not getting a CG because Manuel wants to PH for him. His ERA, K's will both improve, it is hard to improve on like a average 18 game win season but I see at least 20 for him this year easy. He is going be dominate in the NL
