Need to keep 4

The league i am in is a 12 team, H2H keeper league. I need to pick 4 keepers out of the following players.

Brian McCann
Pablo Sandoval
Dan Uggla
Brad Hawpe
Justin Upton
B.J. Upton
Chad Billingsley
Justin Verlander

Since we are getting 3 new teams in our league, i also have the option to disband my whole team and start over, but that would include me getting rid of my minor league roster as well.

What should i do?

No chance I would start all over, not with the Upton brothers and your loaded minors.
