Keeper league looking to young player.

Looking for young players. I'm in a Keeper league where we have a 70 year contract team with a 10 team, keep forever, rookie team. Basically anyone drafted in the MLB draft are pretty much on everyone's team. Are there any players, foreign?, that might be on a 40 man roster this year?
