Shields & Escobar for Tulo? WHIR

In a keeper league and was offered Tulo ($18) for Shields ($1) ad Escobar ($8). I really like Tulo and I think he's way below market ($260 Cap) but if I deal Shields then all I have to go to the auction with is Jonny Cueto and that scares me. Help please?
