Our Love of the Game fantasy leagues are more of a community of over 200 players, than just a fantasy league. We've been playing since 2002 and I'm starting up a third keeper league this year. Are Love of the Game fantasy leagues right for you? Our managers who play in this league are all active, competitive, like to trade, talk trash and post on messages boards, and keep the league "PG/PG13 Rated". Oh, and did I mention competitive!


II. LEAGUE FORMAT
A. H2H, 7x7 scoring, keeper, 8 team playoff format
B. Yahoo! League
B. Live online draft
C. 20 teams
D. Offensive categories: R, H, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, OBP
E. Pitching categories: W, L, Hld, SV, K, ERA, WHIP
F. 4 Keepers
G. Misc. rules, trade deadlines, etc. will be posted on the yahoo scoring settings available on the Yahoo registration page.


III. ROSTER SIZES AND POSITIONS
A. 23 man roster
C. Hitting Positions = C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, OF, OF, OF, UTIL, UTIL
D. Pitching Positions = SP, SP, RP, RP, P, P, P
E. Bench Slots = 4
F. 2 DL slot
G. Position eligibility is based on standard Yahoo rules


IV. PRIZES
The prizes are broken out in a way to provide the most motivation for teams to keep playing throughout the playoffs (even if you are no longer in the running for first).
A. Playoffs:
- Championship Game Winner: $400 (plus Yahoo prize)
- Championship Game Loser: $200
- 3rd Place Game Winner: $100
- 3rd Place Game Loser: $50
- 5th Place Game Winner: $50

B. Regular season:
- Best record: $100

C. Sportsmanship award:
- Winner: Free entry for next season
